ROSA-ANS Codec Benchmark — WASM vs JS
Runs the rANS compress/decompress cycle on three payload sizes using both the
968-byte hand-assembled WASM codec and the pure JS fallback. Each path runs
5 iterations and reports the
median time — median is more honest than mean because one slow GC pause won't
skew the result. Speedup is WASM median ÷ JS median.
